Re: Dr. Robert Liew

With reference to the above matter, the anaesthetists of Subang Jaya Medical Centre held a meeting on 3 October 2000 and unanimously agreed on the following.

1. As Dr. Robert Liew's physician had certified Dr. Liew to be medically fit to work, we should respect his physician’s judgement.

2. Being fit and able, Dr. Liew will continue to do his full share of calls.

3. The anaesthetists will continue to arrange amongst themselves to cover one another whenever the need arises.

I hope that this clarifies any doubts the Subcommittee may have pertaining to the ability of Dr. Robert Liew to provide anaesthesia. Please feel free to contact me if you should need any other clarification.
